This thing is magic. Turn Down is a black matte lipstick that when layered over any lip color (you just lightly dab in using your fingers or a lip brush), it instantly deepens and intensifies the shade. It also changes the finish of any non-matte lipstick into a semi-matte formula.

Turn Up (lighten up) is a creamy formula and deposits a canary-yellow hue that layers over any lip color to soften the shade. This topcoat for lips glides easily over existing lipstick and blends to create a new, softer hue—perfect for converting cocktail-hour tones into work-appropriate ones. Moody violets become tame, pinkish purples. Aggressive reds take on a delicate, muted look. It's basically like swapping out exclamation points for periods—really lovely periods.
